1. Login to your PODIO account.
2. After successful login, click on “My Account” icon on the top navigation bar and then click on “Account Settings”.
3. Now click on “API Keys” and add a “Application Name” (you can use any name) and “Full Domain” as “oauth.freshdev.io”.
4. Click on “Generate API Key” to get the “Client ID” and “Client Secret”.
5. 
Use this “Client ID” and “Client Secret” to install the APP in Freshdesk account and click on “Continue”.
6. Click on “Grant Access”.
7. Enter the mandatory fields in the Settings page and install the APP
