The integration provides relevant Pipedrive information of a customer to an agent while on a call.

 

 

Description

The Pipedrive app allows you to view complete customer information including details of caller, associated deals, leads, and activities (Today’s & Future). Call details would also be passed back to Pipedrive by creating activities based on configured mapping rules. 

 

The primary features of the app are:

 

 

  • Configure Pipedrive Activity creation rules for Incoming and Outgoing calls.
  • Create Activity with relevant call details like Caller ID, Notes, Duration, Agent Details, Recording link (if present), call transfer details(if transferred)
  • Automatically create a contact in Pipedrive when contact does not exist.
  • Create a new Deal, Lead, Organization from Freshcaller.
  • Make the most of the Pipedrive app to gather all customer information and provide personalized and targeted customer support.
  • Increases agent productivity.

 

 

Installation Instructions

  1. Log into your Pipedrive account.
  2. Click on the user info icon present at the top right-hand side. Then click on "Tools and apps"
  3. Click on Settings > Personal Preferences  > API tab as shown below

  4. Now log in to the Freshcaller account using Admin credentials. 
  5. Go to Admin Settings>Apps and search for the Pipedrive app and click on Install.
  6. Enter your Freshcaller Domain and API token as shown below and click on Authenticate button
  7. Now enter your Pipedrive domain and API token from step 3 as below and click on Authenticate button
  8. Now configure required Mapping Rules as shown below and click on Install/Save button

  9. Now when an incoming/outgoing call is received/dialed if contact is present in Pipedrive then the below information is displayed in the notification as well as after the call is answered
